Authorities — Article 11 DSA
The single electronic point of contact for EU Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services is contact@modeluplink.com. Communications are accepted in German and English. Please use the subject prefix [DSA AUTHORITY] and include the issuing authority, responsible officer, legal basis, signature or verifiable sender details, exact account or endpoint concerned, requested action or data, territorial scope, deadline, and available redress information.
Users — Article 12 DSA
Users may contact a human reviewer at contact@modeluplink.com in German or English. Use [DSA USER] for reports and [APPEAL] to challenge an account or endpoint restriction. This channel is not solely automated.
Reports
A report should identify the exact endpoint hostname or account, explain the allegedly unlawful activity or terms violation, identify the legal right or rule involved, provide evidence that can lawfully be shared, and include the reporter’s contact details and a good-faith statement that the report is accurate. Do not email illegal content itself unless necessary; provide a secure reference or description where possible. Because the relay cannot read prompts or responses, we may be unable to verify claims about that content from our own systems.
Review and redress
We do not use automated tools to classify inference content. Reports, restrictions, and appeals receive proportionate human review based on the information legally available to us. Unless prohibited by law or likely to create a security risk, an affected customer will receive the principal reason, scope, duration, and available means of redress. An appeal should identify the decision and explain why it should be changed.
Legal orders
We verify authenticity, authority, jurisdiction, necessity, and scope before responding. We preserve the original request, disclose only data within our control that we are legally required to provide, and do not create information that we do not hold. We notify the affected customer before disclosure unless prohibited or an emergency makes prior notice impracticable; where permitted, delayed notice follows when the restriction ends.
